Brinker does not have to compete with the Brinker in the unauthorized summary because, without the real Brinker, the unauthorized summary would lose the "competition" because it would cease to exist. I completely agree on content but the "channel" or delivery mechanism is the issue. Ignoring a more efficient means of delivery (Web summary) would be like PC manufacturers ignoring direct channels (Dell). You got a summary and it has not cost you one nickel and that is the way Brinker wants it. Yes, and Brinker now has one more regular hitter on his Webpage whereas before I was not a regular radio listener. Good for you. Gotta love this country. Exactly my point originally! I love free markets and open competition...it works better here than anywhere on Earth!
