The cup and handle you are referring to only has a 4 week base. This is not a classic cup and handle. The real cup will complete when we reach the 67 area. That cup will have a much wider base (18 weeks or more). if we formed a handle then the breakout from that level will be really powerful.

Edit: Take a look at BRCD. Broke out yesterday from a cup and handle formation with a 12 week base.
