The Japanese beetles have been really eating up a grapevine I just planted this year, and I just put out a Japanese beetle trap that is baited with Japanese beetle sex hormones, and has a little trap that they fall into, and can't get out. It seems to work, but it looks pretty strange in the front yard, it's bright yellow and green.
