Etymologically speaking, the leading "question" contains an assumed predicate, ie a statement of a fact not yet established, as an established fact. ANY answer to the question, therefore implicitly acknowledges the presumed predicate fact as "true". Just thought you'd like to know. :)) What is significant is that Craig Barrett basically said that Intel sold some or all of its position because Micron did not perform in promoting Rambus. Pretty direct statement.
