There is something amiss here, I checked the site and happened to scroll down to this restaurant (see below). The rates there look about right and they definitely are MUCH lower than either Everest or Francais... Le Titi de Paris 1015 W Dundee Road, Arlington Heights (847 506 0222) Metra Arlington Heights. Open 11.30am-9.30pm Tue-Fri; 11.30am-10pm Sat; closed Mon, Sun. Main courses $26-$29. MaÓtre d' Marcel plays classical guitar and sings at this suburban eaterie, where the flower-filled dining rooms provide a complementary setting for classic French cuisine. The menu includes such delights as duck confit, lobster bisque, loin of veal and salmon with apples and cider sauce.
