Yeah, right. Since he's a venture capitalist, I'm sure he hates that VCs are taking companies to market so soon that now the individual investor is taking a lot of the risk that a VC used to bear, but with a lot less potential for return.

Exactly correct. The Japanese and most, if not all, European countries have a classed society heritage. The aristocrats are responsible for keeping the peasants happy, but not too happy. Wealth re-distribution is a way to take money from the middle class and give it to the peasants. Who needs a stinkin' middle class anyway?
