blake, one last post on the RMBS/Toshiba deal. From my notes on the conference call, a question was asked whether Toshiba was given warrants or stock in connection with the license agreement. The answer to this question was (paraphrased by me), "Toshiba has not been given (tense noted) warrants or stock in connection with the agreement." Another questioner repeated the question, but asked whether Toshiba might be given warrants or stock in the future based upon this agreement. RMBS management responded with the EXACT SAME RESPONSE, referring only to the past tense. To me, they were decidedly avoiding any statement about future stock grants.
