Great to hear.

My nagging doubt is whether there is cross-licensing of other vendor's IP that dilutes the net royalty for WCDMA.

Has been addressed before, anyone know anything new in this regard?

. Finally, based on our discussions with Nokia (NOK, $52, Strong Buy) engineers, we believe it is only a matter of time before
Nokia extends is current generation licensing agreement with QUALCOMM to include W-CDMA. The fact that there continues to be controversy about QCOM's royalty on W-CDMA equipment astounds us.

The foregoing statement in Mark Robert's report didn't get much play on this board but seems to be quite significant. This is the first public clue I have seen of Nokia's intention to license 3G from Qualcomm.
