I think you are "safe" as long as it does not close under $10-3/4. Right now it looks good and you should stick with it. That advice, of course, is worth 2c, so consider other people's opinions as well.

Bindview. We'll $9.5 was a good triple top break and $12
is another buy signal so it appears to have reversed its trend. Chart is healthier than april or may. RS
(accumulation) is still in a buy but not sure how reliable
this is with the free fall from $39 to $8.

Still under the bearish resistance line. From TA I would
not be in this (but I've been in better charts that have
been slamed). Stop loss is @ $9 the break of a double bottom. Too far away.

What are the fundamentals. EPS, Revenue, Revenue Growth,
Balance Sheet (i.e. current ratio as well as any long term
debt).

EDIT: I see that Tim posted a P&F chart too. Our trading
styles may dictate a different reading of the chart. I am a
relatively short term position trader and I think that Tim
is a bit longer term (Tim, correct me if I am wrong) and I
will often play stocks under their bearish resistance line.

P&F chart for BVEW. On a pattern called a bullish catapult.
Very bullish pattern for us piffers. And ideal entry would
be at around 11.5, but sometimes they can take off without a
pullback. Volume spike at the end of the day suggests that
this may be the case with BVEW. To answer your specific
question, I think that it is breaking out even as we speak.

I set pretty tight stops (mine would be anything under $12),
but P&F would dictate a stop at around 10.5 based on
reversal beyond three boxes.
