Hi John, I have a date with the '53 Jag OTS on July 21st, 22nd and 23rd at Elkhart Lake, WI. I'll be running the XK 120 at the vintage car races that weekend.

Anyone who ever lusted after any of the cars from the '50s, '60s or even the '70s would have a great time at this event. It's called the Brian Redman International Challenge. So, if you are in the area and suffering from a long lost lust with a Shelby Cobra, or an E-type Jag or maybe a solid axle Stingray, this is the place to be. Scads of Porches, and all the usual English stuff will be there. Usually there's also some very interesting older F1 cars and other racers of various types.

It's the Woodstock of automobiles! I'm really looking forward to the weekend. I was not able to race at all last year because of surgery on my neck (triple diskectomy and fusion) and now that I have my head screwed on straight (Right!) it'll be fun to get back on the track.

Best regards, Tom
