As I recall, it was said that even though Dresden would only be depreciated for one month of Q2 ($14 million), there would also be startup expenses equal to two months' depreciation ($28 million), so the increased cost for each of Q2, Q3, & Q4 would be about $42 million/Q.

You are right. You must have a better memory (or notes) than I do.
