I think the story was intended to be taken in jest. It's obvious no Israeli fab has made 10M coppermines in 3 months. Because we know of another fab that should have made that many (hint, it once hit 1M in a week). I don't think Intel sold more than 22M Coppermines in Q2, so it begs the question: What were the other 3-4 fabs doing, anyway?

It also said Israeli fab made SOC's. What became of them, tietacks?

Obviously mostly a fabrication, but I wouldn't doubt that the Israeli fab is dedicating 5000 wafers-worth of production to the Willy, at maybe 500 per week starting right now.
