Scotty: Thanks for the Brinker update! Among the many market timers I have followed, the best bar none is Don Hays. He sometimes misses the jiggles, but has called every major move correctly for years. His current take is similar to Brinker. Sees this as a bear market rally with more room to run. Talking about NAZ 4200-4400 before we top out. That would be painful for USPIX investors. With broker stocks still very strong looks to be too early to bet heavily on the bear side. Surging broker stocks and a bear market are like fire and water -- they simply cannot coexist at the same time in the same place.
