dont misunderstand my previous post on JDSU

I think the combined company will operate very independently of each other, with perhaps extensively engineering assistance, sharing, learning... Swarz has said he wants to improve Uniphase's packaging, as he referred to total package sales of components... he now says SDLI will operate as an indpt wholly owned subsidiary... fine, JDSU wont screw around with their already successful operations

I think the combined company will become an absolutely awesome fiberoptic world force... from components, to equiptment that mfrs components, to testing gear that ensures the equipmt builds intricate stuff that works exactly as it should... very vertical company

my concern right now is for the stock during the next 6 weeks... earnings upcoming will prevent it from drooping much... but after earnings, nothign will hold back a steady droop with fitful jumps on spotty buying

I plan to purchase some Dec or Jan calls soon, just not right now... I think the mental midgets on WallStreet will produce some self-serving drivel which will temporarily lead to the droops shorterm... but their motives are transparent to this jackass... they want the stock cheaper

JDSU will grow just like before the merger was announced... SDLI will grow just like before the merger was announced...
the reported earnings will just be pooled before they are announced each quarter... I cannot imagine the two firms wont enjoy some some synergy... it will be brainpower synergy, perhaps sales synergy also

I still expect JDSU to test 90, and get below it most likely... then this autumn I expect JDSU to shine its fiberoptic headlights at all the bears in the road, stun their fat asses, and run them over like a pack of drunken Tennessee moonshiners

I will be lying like a cat in wait
