WRONG AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! CTXS DID NOT ROB MSFT's PATENTS!!!!! LLY BTW acknowledges Xoma's patents in their filing. Don't you even bother doing ANY research before upchucking your many posts????? I know how upsetting all of this is to you to see LLY showing such interest in BPI but really enough is enough.

Cacaito, i seem to remember you rechanting stuff like
>bpi is proven NOT to work
>or dont trust baxter dont trust xoma
>or I trust lilly, everyone can believe lilly

>or now will you say "i dont trust lilly" because bpi has been proven not to work.
>it sure sounds to me that lilly has taken a lot more than a casual interest in bpi. Lilly saw the bpi data, you did not. Lilly has seemingly tested bpi themselves and felt the need to "try" to patent it with your precious protein c.
>why bother, after all bpi doesnt work.......

Seems to me your proclaimations have been just a bit overdone. Your havent seen bpi data, yet you know it wont work. Pleeeze. Oh.... but protein c works just fine.
Lets be honest..... whould you use protein c or would you choose to add bpi?.......
