Does anyone remember the method AFCI used to collar the CSCO stock? What options were sold, bought etc.

Hi lml:

You may be aware of this already, but Winstar received
about $2.5B in vendor financing from Lucent in November of
1998. Winstar is allowed to spend a fraction of this
amount (around 30%) on non-LU equipment, but the remainder
has to be LU equipment. So, unless other vendors have
vastly superior equipment, the bias in Winstar's purchases
is towards Lucent.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
