I would agree that there are several factors hurting the valuation of TS TELECOM which we are all aware of. Most of these factors have been around for years, the biggest being how management understands the retail investor.

For the spin-off of TS TECH which raised substantial funds for the company you may recall how TOM wanted to raise funds before. They wanted to pass a resolution a few years ago at one of their AGM to allow them to issue 50% more shares, that would have been a major case of dilution. The 6% of TS TECH represents "pre-IPO" stock options which I understand are common for the GEM stocks. I understand that there is a company on the GEM market TOM.COM (coincidence) that has issued insider stock options at about 50% of issued shares.

I don't know what sort of responses you have been receiving from IR, but I would suggest that you send them to RANDY HUNG himself (randyhung@hotmail.com). If you have so far and received single line answers to your queries, I would be very surprised.

Like yourself, I am disappointed with how management is unable so far to tell TOM's story to the retail investor. However, they do not appear to have the same problem with TS TECH as we have seen many buy recommendations from brokerage houses overseas.
