Buckey, The judge in the case made some disparaging remarks regarding the plaintiffs, and the plaintiff's case. However, his decision was based solely on the jurisdictional issue. From reading the transcript, it was very obvious that the case didn't have a snowball's chance in Hell of success. My guess is that the Court decided it wasn't going to waste any of its most valuable time on this one, and they just deep sixed it. Had the case gone any further, there's no doubt in my mind that not only would the plaintiffs have lost the lawsuit, there most likely would have been follow-up criminal proceedings against some participants who I shall not name here.
