This spring we were way behind on rain and the D word was spoken. The city reservoirs were both down 7 feet. The last month has been extremely wet and the reservoirs are only down 3 feet now.

What's odd is we go into a summer period of hot and humid that has a 30% chance of rain every day. Some years that 30% chance never develops and some years like this year the 30% means rain every other day.
