Dave, Mindshare refers to the state of customer awareness about your product. The global telecommunications business is going from a highly regulated state to a highly deregulated state. North America is now entering the 3rd decade of deregulation and is the natural reference point for the rest of the world. As deregulation continues, the supply lines are changing too, generally becoming more diverse with a more intensified competition for mindshare because the winners typically get to participate in the compulsory trials as a prelude to having their technology embedded in the networks in progress.
