HITT has no litigation insurance, not much in the way of assets, and according to the 10K, no money. My guess is the plaintiff in the class action suit, realizing that it was a dry well, simply declined to respond to a motion to dismiss. Becka's statements are spin. HITT's suit against the "evil bashers" was dropped, so that means the bashers were right. Spins both ways, eh? IMO, the goal of the PR is to prop the stock up for another day.
