Luis--I am not interested in your company. I saw enough in the SEC filing that was posted to lose any desire to buy in. 'Going Concern' clauses are potential death knells for a company. I don't think you are taking it seriously enough. While the company has that in their SEC filings serious investment money is going to stay out. If the company gets past this and offers good prospects then it may be a buy. While that clause is in there the company is saying you can lose all of your investment and the risk of this is substantial and the upside counterbalance to the risk is not there. Good DD takes a fair amount of time, I wouldn't do much either while that clause exists. All the Best Druss

luis, but you come on this forum making accusations about this investment and me etc out of the blue without doing the least bit of REAL due diligence not one bit of it... makes you come across rather foolish... Actually I cam on this forum with what I consider to be the most undervalued opportunity around and you have treated me rather poorly....without doing any due diligence at all ...... NONE.... I am just not impressed with this forum.....or what I have been exposed to so far... the net is like that... Infostream posted to you a very poignant SEC filing from the COMPANY!! It talks about risk factors as seen by the COMPANY!! They are: a going concern clause by their AUDITORS!!, the great need to raise more capital even WITH this new infusion of cash, the high possibility of needing to dilute the shares due to the virtual alphabet soup of classes of preferred, warrants, and other classes of stock all convertible to common. Like I said to you earlier luis, you are desperately in love. You will continue to hold your "3 bagger" in the hopes of it becoming a 30 bagger, and as such, provide this thread with yet another real time lesson in how not to invest. Cube
