thanks RR- reflects and confirms my guesses. i'd read your earlier posts and JW's too. the way i see it, the stock looks healthy, but the call options are going to get their time value whacked. -polvie

RangerRick, from the SDL thread, reports that SDL and Uniphase's big customers want the approval to happen LU, NT, Ciena all want it to go thru customers want the improved packaging apparently JDSU is eyeing not just the keen amplifier products, but other nifty gear as well synergies abound size is not so large as to be unwieldy and interfere with growth I see dead money for JDSU no more than 30 days / Jim
