Others have posted the answer to the question about Phase IV from the merger CC and as you can see that is still a mystery. The reason I mentioned Phase IV and G4 together is that, while both are ill-defined at present, I have much greater faith in JDSU management's ability to execute than I do in ATT's. It follows that I own a lot of JDSU (the largest single holding in my portfolio and, if I have to trade my SDLI shares for JDSU, it will be more than a third of my holdings) and no ATT.
