Covad, Northpoint and Rhythms were all upgraded today by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. There's hope on the DSL front.

Hi ad - I don't have CMGI, but you are correct to see the values in it. Obviously, NAVI and ENGA are the biggest names, and the upcoming AV ipo is of interest.

I do think CMGI and CDO are not the same animal, despite the family resemblance. CMGI is a real incubator. CDO is a capital investor [to avoid the word 'venture'.] CMGI makes big bet. CDO is more diversified. The list goes on. One thing though, I suspect CMGI is going to continue to build up some of its hi profile babies so it can get closer to a consistent operation earning model.

So, if you have already had CDO, it may not be a bad consideration to also bet some $ in CMGI

Incidentally, I do have some SFE [one lapse and I become a long term investor :(]
