Very interesting market this morning ..

Some folks with very deep pockets were waiting for a gap down open. I do not expect it to hold. This money could come off as fast as it went on.

Then again .. it may do the trick ..

Dennis,

The break of 10,700 is bullish for the DOW to the extent that it is negating the DESCENDING TRIANGLE on the DOW, as long as this is not an overshoot. If the DOW can stay above the 10,700 for 3 days then I will become a bit more bullish on the DOW.

Its still early, but there is a slight hint, only slight that the NAZ may be lagging the DOW so far. Nothing conclusive, but something to watch since if the NAZ continues to lag, we may get the EXTREME SECTOR ROTATION where money flows out of the NAZ to fuel the DOW.
