I was going through some old stuff and I found this, from late last year (does this guy get paid for this?):

'Dec 14, 1999 - J.P. Morgan has started research coverage of ETOYS INC (48-1/2, down 4-5/8 @ 11:04 am ET) and AMAZON.COM INC (106-3/8, up 17-13/16 @ 11:17 am ET) the investment firm said. Amazon was started with a buy rating and a 12-month price target of $160. The price target will be driven in part by new major category announcements in 2000. Coverage of eToys was initiated with a market performer rating, due to increasing competition. A 12-month price target of $50 was set for eToys; said it is difficult to justify the stock's current valuation. While eToy's management has done a good job of executing their plan, the stock's valuation has gotten ahead of the story.'

Great!
Meeker says its a buy at 100, so I intend to sell those puts between now and the end of this day.
Btw
Check out the chart on Dclk. Was that a short sellers dream on the first trading day of the new millennium, or what?
As a matter of fact, all Internet advertising stocks have been trashed this year.
I wonder why? What does that tell you?
