Tony,

One week until earnings, nice to see Intel trading over $140, only $5 from it's all time high. The estimates I've seen are .71 excluding cap gains; .99 including cap gains. The .71 is the same as last quarter. It seems to me that they are shipping more high priced parts than they were in Q1, servers appear to be very hot, flash is hot. No clue about the new businesses. Impact of the motherboard recall was minus .02?

I wonder if they call pull off some upside on the numbers?

EXACTLY !!!

In late 1998 or early 1999, the PeckerHead was quoted as saying he couldn't recommend Intel until he knew what their 1999 results would be.

I guess PeckerHead can only predict the past.
