I've been to several fabs in my time, and Eaton implanters (i.e. Axcelis Tech) are well regarded and often used. They compete with AMAT among very few others (as far as I can remember, at least). I was excited to see this one roll out, and rather surprised at how easy it was to get in at 25 this afternoon after a friend mentioned it. I don't know what the issue is, but their product is quite good, and the outlook for semiconductor capital equipment stock still looks good. Hopefully they make a good 300mm implanter. . . Steve
