"As a shakeout of dot-com companies occur, they can't sell out customer lists they promised to protect like they do other assets, like paper clips or computer equipment," said David Medine, associate director of Financial Practices for the FTC, the division that filed the lawsuit.

If the FTC prevails, I believe Amazon will have no value whatsoever when they file bankruptcy.

Danny, the old internet darlings AOL, Amzn,eBay, Yhoo, and Pcln go no where.
Go with the new Ipo's...Like Nufo and Exfo.
Why? because like always, investors will continue to look for the next Msft, Dell or Cisco.
