This release does indicate that they may come to market with this offering in September. They may have hit the timing right on this as I think anything tech will be going nowhere over the summer imo. The fall should provide a better opportunity. Time will tell.

I hope this signals the return of the Friday uptick. This is movement characteristic of that before announcements in the past. I wonder if something is brewing, or if it is "just" that the ELAS IPO is sinking in.
