Hi lml:

The vendor financing issue in general represents a
real problem for AFCI. Most of the large vendors: LU,
CSCO etc... use vendor financing to close deals with
CLECs, and smaller companies such as AFCI cannot really
play this game.

In the longer run, if some CLECs go under, I expect that
the vendor financing deals will blow up in LU and CSCO's
face.
