I thought so earlier yesterday, but the day ended on a down note.

Of the 28 OTCBBs that I own, 70% ended in the red today.
Many of them recently had very good news (contracts, funding, etc)...there were brief, minor runs, and they've settled right back where they were after the springtime go-boom.

From this perspective, it doesn't seem to me like strength has returned. I have noticed, though, that there is a great deal more discussion on both SI and RB about MM manipulation. More awareness? or perhaps the manipulation has gotten so bad that it's just absurd.

Either way, the low volume in the markets is spilling into the ho-hums within the BB as well. I was actually hoping for more of a burst of activity in the BBs after the OTCBB announced that they had gotten rid of the chaff over the past year by forcing non-reporting companies off the listing, but alas, that didn't seem to do much either.

These days, just waiting for something to go on holding I'm down on from early spring, like AREE, TSER, FOCS, and on. Putting cash into good bets like CCAA and TEXN (nice pop), and generally doing swing plays on the nasdaq.
