Ike:

It appears YHOO posted very good numbers. Hopefully this will stop the drain on the net sector for a while. The SOXX still look sick (at least the ones I've been invested in <gg>) and don't seem to want to lead the next leg up.

The PnF indicators are starting to look pretty good.
1) The bond indicator just gave a second buy signal (it just went on the first buy signal in a year and a half a few weeks back.

2) The NYSE adv. decline is ready to give its second buy signal. This will be the 1st time with 2 buys since 1/98.

3) The NYSE hilo reversed to X's and is making higher bottoms.

4) The NYSEBP remains in X's and is healthy.

5) The Optional BP (includes the NAZ stocks) is still in 0's but it is the last indicator we need to see turn.

With YHOO now past I'm going to put the remaining cash to use. Just not in the semi's.

I saw the B word in one of your posts today. Its been a long time since that has been in the vocab.

Best regards,

Tim
