OTOT

I'm an ex triathlete and quite familar with biking, running and swimming. Biking was my weak link. Now its old age with injuries allways keeping me back from getting back to where I was. That plus work and our first child <gg>.

Try to throw in a few 25 milers on the weekends every now and then. You should slowly push your heart rate up as you train. Then when your not exercising you'd be amazed at how the resting rate will lower.

Sounds great.

Tim
