Comment: AMD was vulnerable today, given its recent steep runup from $73 and signalled by the fact that both DOW and Nasdaq ran ahead of AMD in the AM...When AMD volume rate declined at 11:30, the shorters jumped in trying to create a tradeable move (once again just my thoughts)...They succeeded so far...What they don't realize is that a truly undervalued stock like AMD has the ability to recover from these assaults just as rapidly...It'd be an exceedingly strong AMD indicator if over the afternoon AMD is successful in reclaiming positive turf! (I don't consider such an outcome impossible)
