If you follow my interests at all, sditto, then you will anticipate that I suggest you look at NTAP and EMC, as well as VRTS, to take advantage of the "disintegration" phenomenon. NTAP, in particular, is participating in the disintegration of MS-NT servers as companies consolidate the their NT storage requirements onto fewer NTAP filers and fewer NT app servers, especially for e-mail. NTAP is also allowing enterprises to move data from workstation PCs to a central filer for central administration and no penalty to the workstation user.

This is just a small portion of the NTAP story, but it applies to the disintegration model nicely.
