CNBC finally made a statement that QCOM receives income from any form of CDMA.
About time they came clean. Stock should rise now.

The rules do not prohibit withdrawing stock but one must pay the income tax on the value of that stock--as income, not capital gains. What I plan to do is wait until close to the end of the year, withdraw cash, put half of it in my double tax-exempt money market fund and use the remainder to buy stock in my non-SEP/IRA account. The stock I buy may well be Q* but I have made no decision yet.
