I know what you said, and you know what I mean. We have a bizarre tax structure where middle income people pay through the nose for the entitlement boondoggle, and company insiders pay heavily also, but if you are not involved with work in any way - and all your income is passive - then you pay much less.

So, there is no correlation with "putting money in the hands of those who earn it", thats a convenient sound-byte politicians use.
