COLV about at it's base level, once again. Has rolled a number of time due to small float. Don't know how much the American Heart Association deal is worth. The GSA 5 year contract and the other contracts should be worth millions.

Is averaging down on pennies a good idea?

I mean, if a penny stock takes a sharp decline,
is it not a possible indicator of going out of
business altogether, thus you stand to lose everything?

I like the concept, but it worries me in dealing with
these most volatile stocks..

Let's just say I got stuck in a few bad apples lately.. LOL
