WAST..... EL RENO, Okla., July 11 /PRNewswire/ -- WasteMasters, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WAST) announces that as of July 1, 2000 they have assumed the management of the E-O-L-M C&D landfill in Lima, Ohio. WasteMasters is acquiring the landfill and has entered into an interim management agreement until all documents are finalized and the transaction is completed. E-O-L-M is a construction and demolition debris landfill that has more than 2 million cubic yards of available airspace with additional acreage for future development. Currently the landfill generates a net income of approximately $500,000 per year from operations. This acquisition provides WasteMasters with a recurring revenue base with a proven historical net income that contributes to the planned growth of WasteMasters. WasteMasters intends to significantly increase the revenue from this landfill using an aggressive marketing plan and bringing in additional waste from transfer stations being acquired in the surrounding area.
