SurferDude, I know you to be a long time Qualcomm watcher, so I'd like your opinion. Cooters posted Dr. J's comments as reported by Bloomberg today: San Diego, July 11 (Bloomberg) -- Qualcomm Inc. Chairman and Chief Executive Irwin Jacobs said the market for the company's semiconductors used in cellular phones will expand as Korea and other countries build more advanced wireless networks. ``We're talking about a rapidly increasing market,'' Jacobs said. ``We expect to be selling a significant part of the CDMA chips.'' Based on IJ's style over the years, do you think he'd be making such positive noises if Q's upcoming earnings report had any disappointments in it? uf
