TB, That may be alright for some, but they are bound to lose something in transportation time. The best way is to get in on the feast as they are harvested. Fresh and yummy!! I never would suck the heads though, as the real cajuns do. Never could get drunk enough to do that, and that is saying a lot. ~H~
