I definitely think the stock is oversold. I was interested to read the following passage in the CNET coverage:

yahoo.cnet.com

Aspect, a maker of software that helps businesses manage relationships with customers, announced yesterday that it expects pro forma earnings for the second quarter of 1 to 3 cents a share, including a gain of 6 cents from the sale of some equities during the quarter.

Wall Street predicted the company would earn 8 cents a share, the consensus estimate of five analysts surveyed by First Call.

For what it is worth the Bull Sector has a list of eCRM related stocks shown in Yahoo detailed quotes:

Most of the stocks are down a long ways since March. The ones doing really well are those companies that have not only met expectations but actually exceeded them. This is pretty much true throughout the market so while I am certain the market is in much better shape than it was in April I am afraid that we are in a market where individual stock performance (earnings) is much more important than being part of any "HOT" technology area.
