Doc, patents filed only seem to cover everything. There is usually good solid reasoning and crafting by top notch legal behind most patents especially in case of a big phrama like LLY. Remember the patents have to stand up in court. While a filed of issued patent may scare a layperson it doesn't scare a top notch patent attorney unless crafted precisely, etc. In my opinion Baxter and Xoma will waste no time in responding to the LLY combo patent application.
