KG4--VIGN--I tried to find you some news. This is all I could come up with for today:

Tuesday July 11, 3:29 am Eastern Time
NorCom to cooperate with Vignette
FRANKFURT, July 11 (Reuters) - German security software producer NorCom Information Technology (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: NORG.F) said on Tuesday it had signed a cooperation deal with U.S. e-commerce software company Vignette Corp. (NasdaqNM:VIGN - news) to integrate its software.

NorCom said in a statement it would link its security applications with one of Vignette's e-commerce platforms.

Norcom said it expected synergy effects with the cooperation and said the two partners would increase sales through each other's customer base, but gave no figures.

Keith,

I dunno. Bounced back a bit this morning, but yesterday's action has me worried. All I can figure is that people looked at BVSN losing the big contract the other day, and figured that anyone in the business could easily lose such a contract. Or maybe people were upset that the contract didn't go to VIGN. Maybe it was people who had just doubled their money and used the BVSN news as an excuse to take pofits. But I'm just guessing.
