Ivernia, I never worry about the opposite views, even when strongly stated, because if one of us goes way off track in are views, from the actual situation, the problem takes care of itself. Don't you agree that in time, that whatever flaws exist in any of our views, will become evident. Actually I have a certain amount of respect for people that state the opposite and unpopular views, because one is taking the risk of opening oneself to ridicule. Furthermore many of these co.s are a works in progress, the debt issue is a valid concern, the difference in opinion comes down to wether or not Exodus can carry its debt. I fall into the camp that says it can, because the anticipated amount of present and future steady recurring earnings.
