ABSTRACT:
Australian painter, Pro Hart, claims to have developed a device for
controlling emissions of carbon monoxide from cars. Hart says on April 1999,
that he has spent nine years working on the invention, which also reduces fuel
consumption by 30%. Queensland company Save the World in marketing the
invention which it says should sell for $A500 per unit. Motor engineer,
Adrian Menzell, says the device has been tested in the US and found to be
effective. However Griffith University academic, Alan Edwards, says his name
is being used to promote the device against his wishes<?b>
