Hart says on April 1999, that he has spent nine years working on the invention, which also reduces fuel consumption by 30%. Queensland company Save the World in marketing the invention which it says should sell for $A500 per unit. Motor engineer, Adrian Menzell, says the device has been tested in the US and found to be effective.
