HJ, Did you see that CSFB is suing posters on Yahoo for libel? Unfortunately, Yahoo shut down the board in question so I couldn't see any of the posts. I think this could open up a whole can of worms for the brokerage industry. Remember the brokers are the ones mostly against the SEC's fair disclosure proposal.
