It has? What public statement do you have that says any of Rambus's settlement talks have resulted in royalty payments of 2%. None of the deals announced the day after the 4:1 split were disclosed. They could be making a one time payment of 10 dollars for all anyone knows. How exactly did you come to the conculsion that Rambus got EVERYTHING they were asking for? Are you psychic, an insider, or are you just pulling that statement out of your ass? >It has already happened.
